Who we are

AutoKey Peterborough Limited, 17 Fenlake Business Centre, Peterborough, PE1 5BQ. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you call, message or email us, or use the quote form to open WhatsApp or your email app, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, vehicle details and location. When we carry out a job we also check photo ID and proof of ownership for security.

Why we use it

To quote for and carry out your job, to meet legal and insurance obligations, and to keep records of work and warranties. Our legal bases are performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure locksmith business, and legal obligation.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The quote form does not store anything on our website. It prepares a message that you send yourself. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and performance.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers needed to do your job or where the law requires. We keep job records only as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
